Wastewater Treatment of Textile Dyeing.
Dyeing wastewater with activated color and dissapersing color, it is difficuilt to be treated by other water treatment products. But our best product quickly remove colour from waste water & seprate colour from water.
Treatment Process
Application of Use.
Dosage of Water decoloring agent : 40-100 PPM will be use with dilution of Sollution 10% or 20% or as per convieantly. per treatment chemical of waste water will be use PAC & PAM in the process of water treatment.
Dosage of PAC: 150 PPM
Dosage of PAM : 1 PPM
Waste water inlet
COD : 600 mg/l
Color: 250-300 times
Waste water treated (outlet)
COD : about 100mg/l
Color : 40-50 times
Result of Decoloring Agent
a) water decoloring agent has good color removal and especially to RED color, It can treat the wastewater to reach Standard limit of Environment Policy.
b) In the practice application apply with PAC and PAM together, it can get better result and it is more economical.
